✦ When will my item(s) arrive after shipped? 

Typically 3-5 business days for US domestic shipping. International shipping varies, so we are unable to give an estimate at this time.

 

✦ When are orders sent out?

All orders are 'made to order,' so it can take anywhere from 1- 4 months to send out if not already made.

  • The jewelry making process is tedious and our preorders require us to wait for materials to arrive in order for us to complete the jewelry, which can take 1+ months. Some jewelry pieces require us to use resin to preserve the flowers, each batch of resin takes up to two days to dry. To polish the shape of the pendants we sometimes must add more resin over top and/or bottom, taking another 2 days to dry. This is repeated until the pendant is just right, as we like to make sure our quality is the best it can be. Then, depending on the complexity of the jewelry piece, it can take 1-3 hours to assemble.

 

✦ How do preorders work?

  • Preorder items will be available for purchase on our website and in the "preorder" section 
  • As this is a PREORDER your item will be made after purchase, and can take up to ~1-4 months to complete & ship out.

 

✦ Will you provide tracking for my shipment(s)?

Yes! You can find your tracking information in the email sent out after purchase. If not, please contact us and we can provide you with the tracking number to your order.

 

✦ Will Covid-19 affect my order?

Some shipments may be delayed because of covid-19. Sadly, this is something that the post office is dealing with and that we have no control over, so thank you for your patience! We will do what we can to make things as speedy as possible.

International orders can take anywhere from two weeks to three months. So do not be alarmed if you don't receive your package right away.

~If you do not receive your package within that time frame please contact us.  

 

 ✦ What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged at any time and for any reason within the first 1 month, please contact us at rosuraie@gmail.com and you will get a free replacement. Or you may choose a different piece that we have in stock if you prefer.

 

✦ Do you allow refunds, returns, or exchanges?

We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. Although if there is a damaged product, we will send you a free replacement. See above question.

✦ What about for preorders? 

Since preorders are made to order, we do offer a grace period of Two Weeks to refund or cancel an order, only IF the order has not been started on or completed yet. (This is because by this time, we may have paid for the extra materials needed to fulfill the preorder or started making/completed the order.)

 

✦ How often will the shop be open?

We are planning to launch our shop at least once every couple of months or longer depending on demand and fulfillment. Each shop launch typically will last one full week, then close until the next collection launch. Each opening will have new products and retire old ones, so don't miss out!

✦ Will my item(s) look exactly as pictured?

Your item will look as close to our pictures as possible. Because we use hand made bows and real flowers, their shapes, colors, and dimensions etc. can slightly vary. This means no two items will look exactly the same, but extremely similar.

 

✦ Do you offer clip-ons for earrings?

If earrings are compatible we do! It will usually say in the description, just be sure to put in a note at checkout. 

Disclaimer: For some earrings, changing the posts to clip-on may affect the integrity of the design, as we use hinged ear clips with a half ball. They will still look gorgeous nonetheless!

 

✦ Where are you based? Do you offer pickup or delivery?

We are based in the US - in Phoenix Arizona. We do not currently offer pickup or delivery.

 

✦ Can I choose expedited shipping for my order? 

We do offer priority mail. But all orders will be shipped with Standard First-Class & Standard First-Class International mail and typically arrive within 3-4 days. 

✦ I'm a newsletter subscriber, why aren’t I receiving any emails?

Sometimes our emails will get marked as spam or junk mail by webmail providers. You can manually take us off the spam list, or you can check your junk mail for our emails if you subscribe.

 

✦ Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

Sometimes our emails get sent to spam, so if you check your spam/junk folder you may be able to find it there. If not, please feel free to contact us on any of our available platforms. 

 

✦ What can I do if my question is not on this page?
